Pet Fee – $150 per pet
Pet Deposit – $150 per pet (refundable)
Half of Pet Fee is refundable

Weight Limit is 40 lbs when fully grown
No aggressive breeds (Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, mixes, etc.)
Picture and vet records required
Pet owners are required to pick up their pet’s feces,
failure to do so will be the basis for eviction.
